We Believe .... That the free enterprise system is the most productive supplier of human needs and economic justice. That all individuals are entitled to equal rights, justice and opportunities and should assume their responsibilities as citizens in a free society. That fiscal responsibility and budgetary restraints must be exercised at all levels of government. That the Federal Government must preserve individual liberty by observing constitutional limitations. That peace is best preserved through a strong national defense. That faith in GOD, as recognized by our Founding Fathers, is essential to the moral fiber of the Nation.    Copyright 1975, 1997 by Republican Party of Virginia, Inc.

At the September meeting of the WFCRW at the Winchester Country Club, our members are celebrating the 100th Anniversary of our Right to Vote provided by the 19th Amendment.  The luncheon will have a Victorian Tea Theme with members donning Victorian-style wear.

" (Our Sister) suffragists had persisted through countless trials and humiliations to get to this moment; not only had they spoken out, organized, petitioned, traveled, marched and raised funds; some also had endured assault, jail, and starvation to advance the cause."  (Beyond 1920: The Legacies of Woman Suffrage, National Park Service Website).

WFCRW is proud to honor their efforts and

celebrate this historic achievement.

The Winchester Frederick Clarke Republican Women's Club is hopeful everyone is staying safe and healthy.  We have been holding Zoom Board Meetings in an effort to keep things moving forward.  After sheltering at home and social distancing and wearing face masks due to the Corona Virus, it's time to get outside, greet one another and catch up. To that end, we held our annual WFCRW Fundraiser on August 29th at the Winchester Country Club in the form of a Fashion Show hosted by Kimberly's and McKee's  for Men of Winchester.   The general theme was fashion for all ages, from youngsters to adults, men and women.  Some of the proceeds from ticket sales will go to the Women's rescue Mission and assistance to local politicians campaigns.
