America 250 Membership Challenge
Under the leadership of our past co-presidents, Elaine Holliday and Emily Kelley, our WFCRW club achieved entry from NFRW into the Patriot Keepers Guild—honoring those who keep the flame burning.
Our club exceeded our previous year’s membership total on March 1, 2025, which demonstrated steadfast commitment, strong engagement, and a dedication to preserving the foundation of our movement. Returning clubs like ours are the backbone of the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW) organization, and our efforts ensure that the spirit of 1776 continues to shine brightly.

We Give
Each spring, we award three $1,000 scholarships to female high school students from City of Winchester, Frederick and Clarke Counties entering college.

Organization Objectives
To promote an informed public through political education and activity;
